Partial Atrioventricular Canal

In this heart defect there is only a malformation the lower portion of the atrial septum, with a complete ventricular septum.

Usually a small mitral incompetence is present. This disease looks like an atrial septal defect with similar time for surgery between 3 and 5 years of age.
